At Payless Medical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
